Our manor is located on the outskirts of Moulon sur la Dordogne, 15 minutes from Saint-Emilion and 45 minutes from Bordeaux.
Offering distance without being remote, 5 Lasserre gives the mind space to open not far off from a small charming village within the Entre Deux Mers county state, by the Dordogne river.
Please kindly note that we are located in a rural area and as beautiful as it is, local public transportation (taxis) comes in very short supply. We highly recommend you come with your own or rental vehicle to benefit of getting around in comfort, style and ease.
BY PLANE
WITH WINGS WE FLY ...
The simplest way of getting to Bordeaux is probably by air. Bordeaux Airport caters to numerous incoming, both domestic and foreign, air carriers.
At the airport, a multitude of hire car companies offer a variety of vehicles that are suitable to a wide range of travel styles & options. Choose what suits your style, plans or purpose best and don't forget book ahead.
One other option is to fly to Bergerac Airport, a mere 63kms or 1:05hrs one way direct drive to us.

Let's not ignore the rail service. Launched just in 2017, the Paris - Bordeaux high speed train promises an exciting experience in little over a two hour journey.
Upon arrival in Bordeaux, at the Gare Saint Jean, you will be able to hire your vehicle but do make sure to book ahead of your arrival date. Peak season sees a great demand of rent out car hiring by other keen wine loving amateurs.
